Active Sourcing
Active sourcing comprises the measures of active search, contacting and possible recruitment of potential new employees. The aim is to win qualified candidates for your own company and to fight against the shortage of skilled workers. We do not wait passively for applications, but actively contact people in order to efficiently find professionally suitable personnel. Active sourcing is usually done via professional business networks (such as Xing and LinkedIn) or at recruiting events and trade fairs.
