Assessment Centre

An Assessment Center (AC) is a method for assessing people and is used primarily for personnel selection and development. The possible applications are diverse and range from potential analysis, career planning, training, and task/job adaptation. During an AC, applicants are confronted with various problems and tasks, the results of which are used for assessment. The assessment procedure consists of various performance tests or personality tests (interviews, group exercises, written exercises and tests). An assessment center basically has two functions:

Checking competencies: testing technical and social skills (stress resistance caused by exam-like situations, know-how, etc.)

Provide a basis for decision-making: transparent and comprehensible criteria justify personnel decisions

Prices start at just € 60.00/month
